Occasionally Michael Veracka designs exhibits for the RI Spring Flower & Garden Show.
Here are a few examples:


2003: "Design Excellence Award"
Michael 's 1600 square foot display garden designed for the Southside Community Land Trust was awarded the 'Roger Williams Park Botanical Gardens 2003 Design Excellence Award' at the Rhode Island Spring Flower & Garden Show.

1999: "An Urban Reserve for Pets"
- a 300 sq. ft garden depicting ways urban dwellers with limited space can create a garden sanctuary where pets and their owners can happily co-exist.

 

1996: "Urban Gardening:
A Space for All Reasons"

-a 250 sq. ft. urban parking space/terrace for small city lots.




| 1 995: "The Food Producing Urban Garden"
- a 1,400 sq. ft edible landscape for a historic Providence, RI garden.




1994: "A Garden Rooted in Time"
- a 500 sq. ft garden for a historic home in Warren, RI, co-designed with landscape architect Martha Moore
